AK Research offer both qualitative and quantitative research services.

Qualitative research: Depth interviews, dyads, mini groups, focus groups (both F2F and online), case studies (including multiple stakeholders).

Quantitative research: Online surveys, discussion boards, telephone surveys, tracking and panel surveys.

Specialist research areas: social, behavioural, reputation, customer experience/ loyalty, employee/ organisational research, communications/ message testing, specialist Pacific, Asian, and Māori research.

Wrap around services 

With our range of practitioners we can implement initiatives resulting from research - from setting up customer loyalty programmes, to input into communications strategies.

Omnibus survey

When you have a small number of questions to ask a large number of people, the AK Research omnibus is the most cost effective way to obtain the information you need. It is an online survey across a nationwide sample of n=1,000 New Zealanders. Contact us to find out more.

Community forums

A conduit for public consultation and feedback. We can set up and run community forums, community workshops, and citizens juries.

Implementation of in-house research functions

We can help set up or mentor in-house research teams. This may include implementing appropriate research metrics and training in-house staff to manage ongoing research needs.
